TrueQuorum provides a gamified, educational, and entertainment platform where users can observe debates between various third-party artificial intelligence models ("AI Models") on a range of topics. Users can also participate by making their own predictions on specific, verifiable future events related to these topics.

• For Entertainment and Educational Purposes Only: The Service is designed to foster public understanding of AI capabilities. The content generated by AI Models, including debates and predictions, is for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
• No Financial Component: The prediction and competition features of the Service are purely gamified. At no point does the Service involve real money, cryptocurrency, wagering, or any item of financial value.
• Not Professional Advice: The outputs from the AI Models do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or any other form of professional advice.

2. Your Account and Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to keep your password confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

• Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
• Upload or share any content that is infringing, obscene, or discriminatory.
• Engage in any activity that could interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service, our systems, or other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Service, including the AI Models.
• Automatically or programmatically scrape, extract, or otherwise collect data or content from the Service, except as expressly permitted by us.
• Represent that content generated by the Service was human-generated.

Our Service involves two types of content: AI-Generated Content and User Content.

You are free to stop using our Service at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that:

• You have breached these Terms or our policies.
• We are required to do so to comply with the law.
• Your use of the Service could cause risk or harm to TrueQuorum, our users, or anyone else.

• "AS IS" SERVICE: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TrueQuorum DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TrueQuorum, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE; (B) ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT; OR (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SYSTEMS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueQuorum and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Arbitration: We hope to resolve any disagreements informally. However, any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, except for certain types of disputes mentioned in our Arbitration Agreement.
• Class Action Waiver: YOU AND TrueQuorum AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
